Not even 24 hours after I bought a water heater from Lowe's I got a call from Fairway saying a tech will call me with an ETA. 30 min later I got a call from Cliff saying he is on his way . Cliff was prompt and professional. I knew coming into the project I wasn't up to code so him telling me I needed extra parts wasn't a surprise to me. He and his crew finished the job in a timely manner and left the work areas clean. Every thing looks and works great.
